On Friday 30th October we supported Green Mufti Day, to raise funds for Arohanui Hospice. The school councillors visited each classroom to decide on finalists for the categories - most outrageous hair, most green individual, most green class. We went to the hall, where the finalists paraded and the winners were announced. Room 4 deservedly won the most green class. At lunchtime there was a disco for everybody.
A big thank you to Mrs Martin and her team of councillors for organising such a fun day. We raised $325 and the PTA generously donated half of the profits of the sausage sizzle.
